Like every year the famous red guide just gave the new list of the happy few Michelin stars restaurants in France. Paris can be proud to have 9 gastronomic addresses with 3 stars, 13 with 2 stars and 65 with 1 star, you will have the choice :-)
The famous charismatic Yannick Alleno, who is now in charge of Pavillon Ledoyen since July 2014, received his 3 stars, a good start in this mythic restaurant!
After months of refurbishing at Plaza Athénée, the restaurant reopened last fall with a complete new vision: Alain Ducasse is now offering naturalness cuisine inspired by the fish-vegetables-cereals trilogy, a revolution! No more tablecloths in this amazing decor and a Michelin star have been lost but never mind, at least the chef is trying something different.

Beside Alain Ducasse and his “new 2 Michelin stars”, the second one to reach this level this year is La table du Lancaster, another palace hotel in the 8th. The cuisine is certainly perfect but the best thing about this place is the lovely garden they have, great for summer lunch or dinner under the Parisian sky!
Another outdoor gastronomic restaurant have been rewarded this year: Les Climats received his first Michelin star. This beautiful and spacious restaurant is located rue de Lille, near Musée d’Orsay, and the Art Nouveau building itself worth it. The all place is like a jewellery case dedicated to Burgundy wines. From 17 euros to 7864 euros, you will have to choose between 1237 references or just follow the sommelier advices! But here again, the best is to come on summer time and enjoy the incredible hidden garden, wine, food and sun, happiness!

Among the 5 others new Michelin star restaurants in Paris, Helen is probably the best fish restaurant in Paris. You could choose to have a tasty carpaccio, delicious seafood or a grilled sea bass, simplicity and perfection…
The young chef David Toutain have been rewarded too for this work in his restaurant and the cuisine is offering is still really impressive and original, a really special place!
And our favorite one, La Table d’Eugène in Montmartre area, finally received his first Michelin star, a good news for our guests staying in this apartment!
